Pfaff GmbH, based in Waldkirch near Freiburg, was founded in 1992 by Mr. Adolf Pfaff and is an owner-managed company. In 2018 the management was taken over by daughter Corinna Pfaff. Her husband, Andreas Buff, is the company's technical director, authorized signatory, and the creative mind of the company. A clear company size and a team of experts guarantee fast and direct communication channels as well as a high degree of flexibility. State-of-the-art construction and manufacturing technology puts us in a position to meet particularly high demands on materials, tools and machines. Modern production, qualified personnel and quality management certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 guarantee our customers excellent quality in economic production. As part of our expansion, we have invested continuously in recent years in our modern machinery and qualified employees. Today we employ 17 people and produce in a one and a half-shift operation on an area of 700 square meters.

Our business serves high quality polymer components forvarious fileds in conventional engineering. Our main goal is to keep our customers satisfied and number 1 on the market with reduced costs and delivery times with regarding the highest quality possible. We use the so-called Fused Deposit Modelling (FDM) technology for our polymer parts which is one of the most innovative fields of today’s 3D printing. Our lightweight composite materials’ have the same UTSas the most common Aluminium groups. Besides that, we use DLP technology for the parts which requires high accuracy up to 0,05 mm.
