Company Profile The Paul Henrichs KG - metal machining (PHM) was founded in 1962 by Paul Henrichs in Schloss Holte-Stukenbrock. We are concerned with the production of single-and standard parts for a variety of applications in different industries. The focus of the company activities is on the turning and milling in a rotary range from ø20 - ø1400 mm up to 2000 mm length. We use our modern and fully equipped machinery for tool making and contract manufacturing. All essential technologies are available in partially air-conditioned production areas. CNC milling, HSC milling, CNC turning, wire and sink EDM, flat, circular and coordinate grinding stand for appropriate quality and precision. Our key machines are automated and can therefore run mostly unmanned and around the clock — cost-effectively for shorter project turnaround times. We program with the latest hyperMILL® CAM software from OPEN MIND Technologies AG. With our technical equipment, we can produce mold sizes of up to 1200 x 800 millimeters or a mold weight of up to approx. 4 tons. Good to know: our capacities are also available for contract manufacturing of all types.

Our business, founded in 1984 deals with precision mechanics workmanship on commission, availing of highly qualified personnel and numerically controlled machines. The raw materials used are all types of steel, cast iron, brass, bronze, aluminium and plastics. We are a third-generation owner-managed metal processing company. Our production facilities are located in Finnentrop in the Sauernald Region in Germany (near Cologne). Our production focus is complex turned, bent, and milled parts. Many of the parts we manufacture have very high quality specifications, are express orders, have small batch sizes or are distinct from other perspectives.
