Behind his house in the Thuringian mountains and built a small workshop, which was enlarged five years later much. From the start, was produced on a numerically controlled lathes. Today, several modern CNC machines are in use. Mechanical engineering has developed very strongly over time and is now offering contract manufacturing services to the central core competence. Since 14 November 2005, the business operations in Thuringia will continue. Our newly constructed building offers four times the space of the past and a number of logistic and productive benefits for us and our customers.

Our company manufactures CNC precision turned parts from diameter 1.0-38mm. In only the most modern CNC lathes, we produce high quality turned parts (CNC lathe parts, short turned parts, precision turned parts, turned parts) from all machinable materials (eg steel, brass, aluminum, copper, bronze, nickel silver, VA / stainless steel). Furthermore, we manufacture CNC Milling (3-axis and 5-axis) at different processing centers such as DMG DMU 50eco. Here we are also equipped with a vacuum clamping system which allows us to optimally manufacture thin-walled plate parts. Our parts and assemblies applied worldwide in the automotive industry, lighting industry, mechanical engineering as well as in the model sports. Installation work of assemblies also be performed by us. Through cooperation with selected partner companies, we can deliver our parts well remunerated and with numerous surface coatings. Your parts are manufactured according to drawings, CAD / CAM or pattern.

Our registered office is located in Schönheide, a nice industrial and business place in western Erzgebirge (Ore Mountains) (New Federal States). My company is located since the beginning of 1992 in a newly constructed factory building and is equipped with modern technology. By the use of two CNC- tool milling machines (maximum travel 1.50 x 1.00 x 1.00 m), two HSC machining centres and a 5 – axle – CNC – milling machine we are able to work effectively. The operations are prepared by modern CAD / CAM workstations like: Pro Engineer, Gib-Cam, Depo-Cam and Auto-CAD-Mechanical Desktop. By means of these systems we are able to accept and process data of our customers in all common formats in order to carry out thus every machining task with the most effective milling strategy. We are 17 employees and produce synthetic and metal patterns, permanent moulds, tools and jigs as well as complete pattern devices and match plates.
