Between 2020 and 2023, we aim to minimise waste and work with natural additives such as rice husks and almond shells. 50% of our production will be from recovered raw materials by 2025 CIRCULAR ECONOMY ROTOLIA works alongside several organisations and foundations to give a new life to plastic mate- rials taken from our oceans and landfills, promoting the circular economy. For over 40 years, CAMISANA SRL has been processing and moulding technical articles in rubber, silicone and co-moulded to drawings. It employs a specialized staff, practices a quality system in which rules and procedures are respected that allow a correct management of the production system allowing to obtain quality products at competitive costs. We process and mould any type of elastomer, platinum and peroxide silicone, natural and synthetic rubber, producing more than 1000 technical articles to design such as vibration dampers, caps, manifolds, flat and shaped gaskets, sleeves, OR, fairleads, feet, balls, bellows, stators, buffers, caps, suction cups, etc.. Camisana produces the spheres in organic and silicone rubber for the major and qualified manufacturers of vibrating screens and sieves, providing them with a product specific to their customer's needs. In the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry the balls are printed with appropriate materials, FDA certified and after their production they are rectified and sanitized. Thus, each application requires cleaning balls with optimal characteristics that we can obtain: rebound, antistatic, wear, corrosion, load and temperature resistance. We are a small family company founded in 1961 by Heinz Schick. We manufacture everything from sample tools made of aluminum and stable to series tools. With our plastic injection shop, we can sample your tools. If desired, we can also manufacture your parts in series.

Temperature control units up to 160°C are available to process high-performance materials such as LCP, PEEK and others. The core business of our company is production of conveyor components, machine elements for open pit mines. Main components that we produce are made of steel, but also we produce various rubber , polyurethane and plastic elements, Due to constant development of our company we invested in CNC milling, cutting and turning machines. During the processing of plastics, we use, among others, Pa 6, Pa6.6 Pc, ABS, POM, PBT, soft PVC, PE, PP materials, from which we mainly produce technical components for our domestic and foreign partners. We also undertake the design, manufacture, maintenance and renovation of tools that are essential for the production of plastics . If required, we also provide appropriate storage , for example for seasonal products.
