The foundry consists of 4 melting furnaces, which make it possible to process various aluminum alloys at the same time. The finishing department has 3 different types of sandblasting machines. The brass hot forging plant has 6 working islands with clamping forces of 150 t to 320 t, which can form components up to 2 kg. Equipped with graphitization machines and autonomously controlled billet heating furnaces. The CNC machining department consists of 4 CNC transfers and a 4-axis machining center with a rotary table.
