MKE produced for decades in Austria as a contract manufacturer of complex components, systems and components for railway engineering, machinery, heavy duty valves and automotive engineering as well as for film and medical device manufacturers. Our core competencies are in machining CNC turning, CNC milling, EDM and wire EDM, grinding and profile grinding. We manufacture using the latest CNC turning and milling centers, items and large series in a size range of 3 to DM DM 1800mm turning and 800 x 800 x 2000mm for milling. Our CNC lathes are equipped among others with MKE bar loaders, power tools and various serial devices. The materials that we process for you, go for plastics, brass, copper, aluminum, steel, chrome-nickel steels, titanium, and to Inconel (nickel-based alloys). The cutting of problematic materials is our strength. On our EDM and wire EDM we edit a variety of workpieces and materials of different quality and grade up to a maximum height of 500mm with a travel of 750x500mm. The surface quality of finished workpieces Ra 0.1 microns, cut with wires from 0.3 to 0.25 mm speak for themselves. Another core competency of the company MKE is the surface technology.
