Our company was founded in 1956 by Helmut branch. We currently employ 12 staff. The production program includes unique pieces, and small and medium-sized series from 0 to 250 kg cast aluminum. Main activities and products: Waeles Nederland BV is a QS9000 certified iron foundry, specialised in nodular cast iron products. This certification signifies that we comply with one of the most significant standards laid down by the automotive industry. Waeles offers a wide range of parts for various industries, including automotive, agriculture and mechanical engineering. When it comes to quantities as well as design, we are able to meet all your specific requirements. Net weight of our products ranges from 0.5 to 7 kgs. Production process and technology: In order to melt nodular cast iron Waeles operates 4 induction furnaces, each having a capacity of approx. 3.5 tonnes. The core of our production is the DISA-Matic MK4 casting machine. This is a fully-automatic vertical casting machine that meets the requirements of high casting speed and great accuracy, thus enabling us to meet the customers requirements. Series from a few thousand units up to an annual volume of approx. 400,000 are possible either in form of raw castings or as completely finished products. After casting the products are cooled down in the AMC cooling section, a process that takes an average of 30 minutes. Next the castings arrive in a (cooling) drum which separates the moulding sand from the product.

The company ZAL Zlievaren Al GmbH was founded on 03.11.1993 and registered on 28.01.1994 in the commercial register. The casting of Al alloys is in the premises of the company since 1963 tradition. The company is mainly oriented to foreign business customers whose production volume is between 60-70% a year.

Spectral analyser SPECTROMAXx - chemical composition of supplied castings 3. Hardness tester (HB). 4. VIC Helium leak detector MS50 - Leakage test products against the flow of helium vacuum, according to EN 1779: 1999. The test is used for qualitatively very demanding castings. Element helium as control medium due to its very small-sized molecules guarantees 100% confidence compared to tests using air. Zlieváreň SEZ Krompachy is private joint stock company over 20 years (previous state factory SEZ Krompachy) and we produce grey cast iron castings according to EN-GJL-150, EN-GJL-200 and EN-GJL-250 on DISAMATIC 2013 moulding machine with maximal dimensions of castings 450 x 350 x 150 mm, weight up to 20 kg / piece and series over 5.000 pieces / year. Capacity of our foundry is 10.000 Tons / year and we still have some free capacity (cca 2.000 Tons / year). More than 90 % of the whole production is being exported to the European markets (A, I, D, FIN, CH, S, B, F, CZ, H). SA.BI Foundry, founded in 1968, has undergone various phases of development throughout the years and has become a leading company in the field of the production of grey and spheroidal cast-iron castings also with additional machining. The current production capacity is 30,000 tons of ductile and grey melted cast iron. The flexibility of its production and logistic structure allows SA.BI to be competitive in the production of cast-iron castings of a weight between 4 and 700 kg in medium and large series.
