The Saxon diecast GmbH was founded in 1992 as a die-Saxon and electrical products GmbH, emerged from the VEB die casting, whose headquarters was in Borsdorf since 1954. In 1995, the operation was performed in the final privatization. During the year 2006, the aluminum foundry, tool and mechanical production was gradually shifted from Borsdorf to Beucha. At the beginning of 2007, the relocation of the entire Borsdorfer division was completed in the new and much larger facility in Beucha, which was accompanied simultaneously with an expansion of production and logistics capacity. At present, our company employs 85 people. DEEP HOLES Group is specilized in DEEP HOLE DRILLING of plates, dies, matrixes, welding and bonding equipment, rollers, shock absorbers, shafts of any type. Thanks to the use of special equipment, we can drill any type of material, including Titanium, Maragin steel, Inconel, Monel, Copper, Astelloy, stainless steel and all other types of heavily alloyed steel. We use two different drilling systems are used. With straight flute drills, wecan drill holes from a minimum of 2 mm to a maximum of 30 mm in diameter, for a length up to 4000 mm. With the BTA system we can drill holes from a minimum of 16 mm to a maximum of 200 mm in diameter, for a depth of 8000 mm.
