3MÜ offers you CNC-precision technology for complex machined parts at high levels of precision. On our CNC-lathe and milling centers we manufacture your parts as single pieces, and as small batches up to larger assemblies. For your individual wishes we are well equipped with modern and partially 7-axis guided machines. The company 3MÜ is a privately held family business and has profited from 20 years of experience in the field of milling. Nowadays we do our work on site in Möglingen with over 30 knowledgeable, competent employees in two manufacturing halls. We guarantee competent advice, high quality, and additionally fast and punctual delivery times. Although our main focus is regional, we also deliver within the Americas and Asia. In two production halls our competent workers develop your parts at the highest quality standards. The fully automated machinery works at all hours. Our machinery outfit includes 20 of the most modern machines and offers you 7-axis CNC-milling and lathe centers with up to 110 tools.

CNC series machining of turned and milled parts in high quality In our CNC subcontracting division, various cast and forged parts in annual quantities of 1,000 to 1.5 million pieces are machined on CNC machining and turning centers. There are currently 30 machines in use in Amkon's Plant II, which are looked after by our employees in two or three shifts. CNC subcontracting was certified for the first time in 2008 according to the DIN EN ISO 9001 quality management system. In series processing, we attach great importance to consistent product quality. It is therefore a matter of course for us to check and document the manufactured parts accordingly. Taenzler Maschinen- und Anlagenbau GmbH was founded in 2004 by master mechanical engineer Mr. Mario Taenzler in Laußnitz, near Dresden. Since then, TMA has been a continuously growing company with extensive know-how, clever minds and the latest generation of technology. 45 highly motivated employees are currently developing, programming and manufacturing conveyor systems, special machines and CNC parts with the highest precision. Welcome to EXPERT-TÜNKERS Since 1961, the company EXPERT stands for innovation, reliability, and precision in automation technology. EXPERT Maschinenbau GmbH was founded on 23rd of May, 1961 in the small southern Hessian town Lorsch. The young company quickly developed into a globally active group of companies. During its peak of growth, EXPERT not only offered solutions for welding, handling and transporting applications. In addition, EXPERT was also a leading supplier of special machines and plant construction for the automotive sector all over the world. Turning and Milling Services, bending

A brief introduction We employ metal machinists, a shortage occupation in metal industry nowadays, who produce small series of special parts on traditional machines. In this sector CNC machines are so widely used that there is a shortage of traditional machines and excess demand exists for them. With this in mind, we will purchase several traditional machines during our current developments to increase our capacity in this field. We, of course, have CNC machines as well and develop our machine pool regularly. Based on the orders received, we are able to draw up a production program for 1 month in advance and allocate our resources. Our customers basically include producers which manufacture special purpose machines for their customers (e.g. manufacturers in printing industry, shipyards, industrial scale manufacturers, food producers, automotive industry, manufacturers of medical equipment), and we produce components needed for these machines. BAT tobacco factory is included among our customers, and we manufacture wear/consumable parts required for their daily production. We produce components and subassemblies for medical equipment manufactured by Siemens and GE factories. Besides, we supply units for robotic production lines of AUDI and VW factories. The company had its first premises at the residence of the founders in Pécs. Production took place in a small workshop. At the beginning temporary workers were working in addition to a single permanent worker. The first orders we received involved simple processing of materials. In addition to manufacturing new products, we undertook and still undertake to carry out repair works. We undertook all works therefore outgrew the small workshop we used at the beginning, and in 2007 at Pécs-Hird we acquired our first production hall suitable for carrying out industrial activities with a floor space of approximately 250 m2. Here we were able to carry out production on a larger scale and serve more customers. Owing to our continuous progress and current developments, now the floor area of the production hall exceeds 1000 m2. Concerning work organization, our activities include manufacture and assembly of special-purpose products, machines and machine units. Therefore our machines and equipment are universal and able to satisfy all demands.

We produce high-precision turned parts from Ø 3 to Ø 40 mm from brass, steel and stainless steel. Parts can be delivered with heat and electroplating treatments. Medium and high volume.

Your partner in mechanical subcontracting We offer a subcontracting service for mechanical components and assembled machines, in which, starting from the customer's project, we study its industrialization, we identify the most suitable production process, we rely on the most suitable suppliers for each individual production phase.

Our company carries out precise and serial processing of cast, forged aluminum and steel parts in accordance with the technical specifications required by the customer. Cast, forged aluminum and steel raw materials are obtained from our reliable domestic or, if necessary, foreign suppliers, with whom we have worked for years, in accordance with the technical specifications provided by our customers. The processing takes place in our company and the products are then delivered to our customers in the packaging required by the customer.
