For smaller series (5-50 pieces), we can introduce new parts more efficiently, while for larger series (over 50 pieces), programming with CAD/CAM allows greater optimization (better tool paths result in faster processing and less tool wear). We offer complete processing, from material procurement and part manufacturing to surface treatments such as blackening, galvanizing, anodizing or painting. Our machine equipment includes a 5-axis milling machine, lathes with driven tools and part catchers, and a long machine with an X-axis of 6300mm. This allows us to carry out entire projects in one place without having to divide them up among several partner companies.
