Plastic Injection Mould On our injection molding machines, we are currently manufacturing products of 0.1 g to 2000 g The parts produced are for many of the major auto parts and automobile manufacturers. Including complete assemblies, molded-in metal inserts and spare parts are manufactured for this market. We also produce many other areas, such as for buses and trains, the lighting industry, the office furniture industry, consumer goods industry, plant, etc. Manufacturing process In addition to the normal single-component with more than 50 different materials we provide for series production also TSG, 2-component injection molding (TSG and fixed component) and ultrasonic welding to. Thermoplastic foam (TSF) For cost-effective, thick-walled and distortion-free moldings as housing or machine covers to TSG offers.
