It has been so from the beginning and today we can propose solutions to the most complex problems efficiently, quickly and at competitive economic conditions. To do this in the best possible way, we provide assistance to our customers in the industrialization phase and we can provide a complete production management service, starting from the design to the management of the finished component, marked, assembled, packed and shipped. Markets: For historical reasons and for its territorial location, C.N. Meccanica has developed extensive experience in the production of mechanical components for automatic machines, in particular in the food, pharmaceutical and tobacco sectors. For these sectors, very often we also produce format components. The great flexibility of our machines allows us to be very competitive both in the production of prototypes and in the production of medium series with multi-pallet machines, even if not manned. We currently produce mainly for large clients operating in the packaging, machine tools, measurement equipment and systems and aerospace sectors. Quality and precision: usually these two words are associated only with the finished product. At C.N. Meccanica, we believe that all our actions must be carried out according to this philosophy. We collaborate with local Technical Institutes and training institutions, we host their students for internship periods and some of these have been added later. Dimensional testing is not only a verification of what has been produced, but it is part of a work style that qualifies and makes the companies that have integrated this activity into their process grow. However, precisely bent sheet metal parts require extensive knowledge of materials, precise work preparation and true machine powerhouses. We work with a Trumpf press brake with 6-axis stop, automatic angle measurement system and 230 tons of pressure. In our work, preparing the optimum bend sequence is determined to create its processing using 3-D software. In addition to the geometry of the bending portion, the empirically determined characteristics of the material are considered. This can be programmed and produced within a very short time even complicated bent parts. Welding Stainless materials are now available in great variety. Exact knowledge of their behavior during welding are therefore a fundamental prerequisite for the quality-oriented performing welding operations. And: Stainless materials do not come around a corresponding weld-treatment if they are to remain rust-free. As specialists in stainless materials, we offer our clients professional solutions around the welding and finishing of steel and aluminum. We perform the welding process TIG, MAG and MIG and spot welding and stud welding. As a post-treatment process, we have preferably pickling and passivation, but also sanding or bead blasting. DEEP HOLES Group is specilized in DEEP HOLE DRILLING of plates, dies, matrixes, welding and bonding equipment, rollers, shock absorbers, shafts of any type. Thanks to the use of special equipment, we can drill any type of material, including Titanium, Maragin steel, Inconel, Monel, Copper, Astelloy, stainless steel and all other types of heavily alloyed steel. We use two different drilling systems are used. With straight flute drills, wecan drill holes from a minimum of 2 mm to a maximum of 30 mm in diameter, for a length up to 4000 mm.
