With over 200 employees, we manufacture at our sites in ice rink, Schönbrunn and Apolda for our customers turned parts from a workpiece diameter of 0.2 mm to 250mm, threaded rods and assemblies on the most modern CNC lathes, machining centers and multi-spindle automatic lathes. It processes material from 0.5 mm to 65 mm diameter of the rod and 240 mm diameter chuck parts from almost all machinable materials (cutting steels, structural steels, case hardening steels, rust and acid resistant steel, V2A, V4A, titanium, brass, ECOBRASS, aluminum , plastics, and any other machinable materials) The production scope includes threaded rods to M42 or trapezoidal thread with a pitch to 6 mm up to 6000 mm length, gears (for steel to module 0.8 and brass to Module1). In separate manufacturing areas, we have created the ability to perform additional operations such as drilling, milling and sawing, bending, punching, pressing, broaching, welding, soldering, thread rolling and thread cutting and assembly work. Heat treatments and surface finishing are carried out in cooperation with selected expert partners. DEEP HOLES Group is specilized in DEEP HOLE DRILLING of plates, dies, matrixes, welding and bonding equipment, rollers, shock absorbers, shafts of any type. Thanks to the use of special equipment, we can drill any type of material, including Titanium, Maragin steel, Inconel, Monel, Copper, Astelloy, stainless steel and all other types of heavily alloyed steel.
